Chateau De Bechard 2015

Young hue (duh) though more garnet than I would have expected.  Aromas of sweet fruit with an almost creamy scent of cherry bonbons.  In the bowl there is cigar ash, and the lightest hint of cocoa, Palate--Tart first impression, with brioche on the front subdued berry fruit with others trying to battle to the top.   This just needs to be breathed for a couple hours... With some air there is a touch of anise and dried cherries in the bouquet and the palate becomes fuller, and richer with intense notes of dried red fruit, and loads of goodness. I think I paid about $25 for this which is a decent price.  It paired wonderfully with my grilled steak so raise a glass!
